We do not offer any internal IT support beyond the cabling infrastructure, wireless infrastructure and firewall/switch configuration. Any internal issues should be addressed to your IT support provider and only addressed to Wrest Park Ltd if the problem has been proven to be part of the Wrest Park Ltd network.
In the even that Wrest Park Ltd is asked to investigate a problem that is later found not to be directly due to Wrest Park Ltd's equipment, Wrest Park Ltd reserve the right to bill any time spent working on the issue to the client at the rate of £15 per 15 minutes of work. All support is offered on a best effort basis with no SLA against network up time or issue resolution.
