The ideal candidate will oversee the organisation and efficiency of daily office operations. From organising paperwork, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

The right individual for this role will have the potential to advance and develop with the company as it grows further.

Flexible working hours and salary will be discussed as this will be dependent on experience.

Relevant training will also be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit various forms

• Ensure projects are up-to-date and uploaded onto our company system

• Interact with IT, phone and site personnel as needed

• Assist with any ad-hoc duties as and when requested

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• Excellent telephone manner
